If Tamil Nadu Grama Bank isn't working
-

-
Use the SIM linked to your account TNGB TREAT checks the SIM registered with the bank, so choose that SIM during setup.
-
Update TNGB TREAT An old TNGB TREAT version can stop logging in; update it on Play Store or App Store.
-
Try internet banking If the app fails, the same account opens at netbanking.tngb.bank.in.

Questions
Compare the TNGB problem reports here against our test of netbanking.tngb.bank.in. Reports arriving together from Salem, Madurai, Coimbatore and other districts mean the bank's server is the problem. If yours is the only one, restart the app or change your network.
TNGB TREAT, internet banking and UPI failing together, with reports piling up from across Tamil Nadu, means a fault at TNGB itself. Wait a little and retry, but check your balance before you repeat a failed payment.
Give a missed call to 9289202222 from your registered mobile and the balance comes by SMS. To see your last five transactions, SMS STMT to the same number. The TNGB TREAT app also shows balance and mini statement.
First submit the mobile banking form at your home branch, which activates it within 24 hours. Then open TNGB TREAT, pick the SIM registered with the bank, and enter the CIF number from your passbook's front page and your debit card details. Put 40 before the CIF if it has only 9 digits.
Activate it at your home branch, then go to netbanking.tngb.bank.in and choose New Customer? Register Here. Your CIF number is the default user ID, and the first login and transaction passwords arrive by SMS for you to change.
