Card missing in SC Mobile? Open the bank's Online Banking site on a laptop or phone browser. If payments fail only for you, check the card is not blocked and that your PIN is current.

- NEFT: IFSC SCBL0036001, MG Road, Mumbai, with your 16-digit card number.
- A cheque or draft made out to the 16-digit card number, left in any Cheque Collection Box.
- Auto debit for the full or minimum amount.
- Cash at a branch teller.
Use Standard Chartered Online Banking or the SC Mobile app with the same username and password. New users register through Instant Registration with the credit card, and SC sends a temporary password by SMS.
Block it instantly in Online Banking or SC Mobile under Help and Services, where you can also order a replacement to your mailing address. You can call 080 49248444 too. Lost cards are taken even outside phone banking hours.
Go to Help and Services in Online Banking or SC Mobile and choose to change the credit card PIN. You pick the new PIN yourself there.
Log in to Online Banking and download the e-statement. It keeps credit card statements for up to the last 24 months.
