About OYO
Budget hotel rooms across India are booked through OYO, on the app and oyorooms.com. The platform belongs to Oravel Stays Limited, whose parent group now goes by the name PRISM, and it lists rooms run by partner hotels under brands such as OYO Rooms, Townhouse and Silverkey.
Bookings, cancellations and pay-at-hotel stays are all handled in the app. Problems at the property go to the hotel first, then to OYO's 24x7 guest support.

Questions
Guest reports on this page and our own check of oyorooms.com show whether OYO is failing for many people. A sudden jump in reports means the problem is with OYO. If the app fails only for you, update it and switch networks before calling anyone.
If hotel search, booking and My Bookings all fail together and other guests report it here, the fault is with OYO. If it fails only on your phone, update the app and log in again. If only the payment fails, try another payment mode or pay at hotel where the listing allows it.
Call OYO from the hotel itself. OYO checks with the hotel, then tries to give you a room in the same hotel or another OYO property. If no room can be arranged, OYO refunds the amount paid in advance. Every adult needs an original Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID or passport; PAN card is not accepted.
Cancel from the OYO app or website. The refund reaches you in 7 to 14 working days. If the cancellation charge is more than what you paid, OYO may take the difference from your OYO Money balance.
Some do not, and some refuse local ID proofs. OYO shows this before you book, so check the hotel's policy on the listing. If a hotel turns you away for one of these reasons, OYO says it is not bound to refund the booking.
12 noon as standard, and the main guest must be at least 18. Arriving between 10 AM and noon is usually free early check-in. Earlier than that costs part or all of a day's rate, depending on the hotel.
