Odisha's two regional rural banks, Odisha Gramya Bank and Utkal Grameen Bank, became one on 1 May 2025 as Odisha Grameen Bank (OGB). The head office is at Gandamunda, Khandagiri, in Bhubaneswar.
OGB runs its own ATMs and mobile van ATMs, internet banking, the i-OGB mobile app, WhatsApp banking and a toll-free IVRS for balance and card blocking.

Yes. The two banks were amalgamated into Odisha Grameen Bank from 1 May 2025. Customers of both now share OGB's toll-free 1800-202-2505, internet banking and app, while former Utkal Grameen Bank customers keep their own ATM helplines and missed-call number.
Call the toll-free IVRS on 1800-202-2505 from your registered mobile, or say Hi on WhatsApp to 7777009248. Missed calls also work: 8010106686 for former Odisha Gramya Bank accounts and 8744820666 for former Utkal Grameen Bank accounts.
Call 1800-202-2505 and use the Debit Card Blocking option on the IVRS, or ring 0674-2916147. The i-OGB app and internet banking can also block the card permanently under Card Management. Report any unknown debit to [email protected].
