About Medi Assist

Many company health policies in India settle claims through Medi Assist, a third-party administrator (TPA) run by Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited, with Medi Assist Insurance TPA as its licensed arm. Employees and retail policyholders use the Medi Assist portal at portal.mediassist.in and the MAven app.

The portal is where you download the e-card, find network hospitals, intimate a claim and track it. Your insurer still decides the policy terms; Medi Assist handles the cashless approval and claim paperwork.
