Open Pay Premium on tataaia.com, enter your policy number and verify your details. Then pay by:
- credit or debit card, net banking or UPI,
- WhatsApp, using UPI,
- a wallet, or the bill-pay section of any BBPS app: choose Insurance, then Tata AIA Life Insurance.
Cash and cheque are taken at branch offices.
Wait before paying again. Check the policy in MyDigiAccount, or download the premium receipt from the customer service page. If the money has left your account and no receipt shows, contact Tata AIA with your policy number and the payment reference.
Use Register Claim Online on the claims page and upload the documents. Other ways:
