Answer: No Kerala PSC issues reported in the last 24 hours, and it responded normally at our last check on 24 Oct 2026, 4:06 AM IST.
Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

About Kerala PSC
Most Kerala government jobs, from LD Clerk and Staff Nurse to the Kerala Administrative Service, are filled through the Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC). The commission posts notifications, exam schedules, answer keys, short lists and ranked lists on keralapsc.gov.in.
Candidates register once (One Time Registration) and apply on the commission's Thulasi portal, thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in. The commission charges no application fee, and confirmations, admission tickets and results all sit in the Thulasi profile.
20-day history
We checked 20 times over the last 20 days — healthy on 19 days. It typically responds in about 0.4s.
Dashed line is its usual 0.4s, measured over the last 14 days. Gaps are days with no timing data.

Questions
The Kerala PSC status card here checks the Thulasi login page and keralapsc.gov.in, along with reports from candidates. When many candidates report together, the site is down for all and not only for you.
Usual reasons:
- Both keralapsc.gov.in and Thulasi are down or crawling for all candidates.
- The Thulasi portal is down while keralapsc.gov.in still opens, or the other way round.
- A wrong User ID or password at the Thulasi login.
Thulasi runs on more than one server; the login page shows which one, such as SERVER-3, you are on.
Check the User ID and password first. If you have lost the password, use Forgot Password? on the Thulasi login page. If it still fails, ring the help desk on 0471 254 6400 in working hours with your User ID.
- Open Thulasi and click Sign Up under New Registration for One Time Registration.
- Upload a photo taken after 31 December 2010, with your name and the date printed at the bottom.
- Add Aadhaar as your ID proof if you have it.
- Log in and use Apply Now against the post in the notification.
Kerala PSC charges no application fee, and an uploaded photo stays valid for 10 years.
Log in to your Thulasi profile. Confirm that you will write the exam with Confirm Now on the dashboard during the confirmation period, then download the admission ticket from the profile when the commission releases it.
At least one year from the date it comes into force. It then stays alive until the commission publishes a new list, up to three years at most.
Each notification sets its own limit. The commission counts age as on 1 January of the year of the notification, and SC/ST candidates get 5 years' and OBC candidates 3 years' relaxation in the upper limit.
The Downloads menu on keralapsc.gov.in lists answer keys separately for OMR and online exams. Exam marks, short lists and ranked lists are under Results, and the Rechecking of Answerscript page explains how to apply for a recheck.
The general enquiry number is 0471 254 6400, answered in office working hours. The applications and confirmation desk and the commission's email are on our Kerala PSC helpline page.
Tap download on the status card at the top. The server down screenshot shows Kerala PSC's status, when we last checked, and how many users are reporting problems.
