About KEAM

KEAM is Kerala's entrance and admission process for engineering, architecture, pharmacy, medical, agriculture and allied courses. The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala conducts it, and each year's KEAM has its own candidate portal on cee.kerala.gov.in for applications, answer keys, rank lists and allotments.

The same office also handles law, postgraduate nursing, dental and pharmacy admissions and the K-MAT test, each through a separate portal.

If KEAM isn't working

Open this year's portal Use the KEAM 2026 candidate portal link on the CEE home page, not an old bookmark from a past year.
Recover your login Forgot Application Number and Forgot Password are on the portal page itself.
Enter the access code The login needs the access code shown on screen along with your application number and password.
Try later on allotment day Allotment and rank list releases bring a rush; the portal is lighter a few hours later.

Questions

Check the live status at the top. When many applicants report here at once, the CEE Kerala site or the KEAM candidate portal is down. Rank list and allotment days bring the heaviest traffic.

Check which page fails. Each year's KEAM runs on its own candidate portal under cee.kerala.gov.in. If the main CEE page opens but the portal does not, the problem is on the portal.

Use Forgot Application Number or Forgot Password on the KEAM candidate portal. Login needs the application number, the password and the access code shown on the page.

Open the KEAM page for the year on cee.kerala.gov.in and use Rank List or Allotment List. For your own result and allotment, log in to the candidate portal. Last Rank shows the closing ranks of earlier allotments.

Use Update Contact Information on the KEAM candidate portal page. Notices and allotment messages go to the details on record, so keep them current.

CEE Kerala also runs admissions for LL.B., LL.M., PG Nursing, PG Dental, M.Pharm, PG Medical and PG Ayurveda. It holds the K-MAT test too, and each has its own candidate portal.

Yes, tap Download on the status card at the top to save a server down image showing KEAM's current status, the last checked time, and how many users are reporting problems.
