About JEE Advanced

JEE Advanced, the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced), is the entrance test for B.Tech and other programmes at the IITs. Only the top 2,50,000 candidates of the JEE Main B.E./B.Tech paper can register. The 2026 exam was organised by IIT Roorkee.

Admit cards, question papers, answer keys and results are posted on jeeadv.ac.in, and registration runs on jeeadv.nic.in. Seats are then allotted through JoSAA, which also covers IISc Bengaluru's BTech from 2026-27. B.Arch aspirants also sit the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT).

See if other JEE Advanced candidates report it If JEE candidates across India report together, give it a few minutes; refreshing again and again will not help.

Try the other admit card links If the organisers give several links, switch to another one when the first is slow.

Go back to the result announcement on jeeadv.ac.in and use the link there. For the admit card, the organisers gave five separate links, so if one is slow, try another. Keep your registration number, date of birth and registered mobile number ready.

Only the top 2,50,000 successful candidates of the B.E./B.Tech paper of JEE Main, by category, plus the other eligibility criteria on the eligibility page. Foreign nationals and OCI/PIO (F) candidates register directly.
