The corporate site, iocl.com, has the motorist, household and business sections. Cooking gas bookings have their own customer portal, cx.indianoil.in. The IndianOil ONE app covers the LPG account, the XTRAREWARDS loyalty card and petrol pump details.

Book the cylinder another way The IndianOil ONE app and your Indane distributor both take refill bookings when the corporate site is down.
Fill up as usual IndianOil petrol pumps keep selling fuel when the app or site is down. Pay at the counter and keep the receipt.
City gas runs on its own portal CNG and PNG customers of IndianOil use its city gas portal, cx.indianoilcgd.com, for bills and complaints. It runs separately from iocl.com.
