About HP Gas

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, known as HPCL, sells its cooking gas as HP GAS. The network runs to 6,391 distributorships and 55 bottling plants, on figures published as on 30 June 2026. The company itself dates to 1974, when the government nationalised Esso, Caltex and Lube India.

Refill booking sits at myhpgas.in, which also handles connection transfers and complaints. You can also book by phone, missed call or WhatsApp, each tied to your registered mobile.

Domestic cylinders are one of three lines. The others cover commercial and industrial LPG, plus a free trade variety for customers outside the subsidised scheme.

If HP Gas isn't working

See if other states are reporting Reports piling up from several states point at HPCL rather than your connection. Nothing on your phone will fix that one.
Switch to a booking route that skips the site The missed call, WhatsApp and the HP Anytime IVRS all place the same order. The missed call needs no typing.
Check the number you are booking from Every offline booking route checks your mobile against the distributor's record. Book from the number your distributor has on file.
Give an OTP a minute before retrying Ask for one OTP and give it a minute before asking again.
Look for the booking before paying again Check the refill history first. A confirmation that never showed does not mean the order was lost.

Call HP Anytime The HP Anytime IVRS on 88888 23456 takes refill bookings round the clock, without the website.

Questions

Compare the live check with the reports from other HP Gas customers on this page. HPCL supplies through thousands of distributorships, so a genuine outage draws reports from several states within minutes.

This page tracks myhpgas.in, the HP Gas site for booking, connection transfers and complaints, not the gas supply itself.

Yes, and you do not need the site at all. HP Gas takes bookings three other ways: the HP Anytime IVRS line, a missed call, and WhatsApp. Each works from the mobile your distributor has on file.

Website ke bina bhi booking ho jati hai. Registered mobile se missed call de dijiye, ya WhatsApp par Hi bhej dijiye, dono se refill lag jata hai. Pehle refill history dekh lijiye, ho sakta hai booking pehle hi chali gayi ho.
