FanCode's terms say its services and prices can differ by country and by the device you subscribe from. A match that streams in India may not be offered where you are. Getting round these limits with a VPN goes against FanCode's terms.

Partly. Scores, match previews and some videos are free. Most live matches are behind the paywall and need a Match, Tour, Monthly or Annual Pass.

Only in a few cases. A Match Pass can be refunded if the match is cancelled or abandoned without any play. A Tour Pass qualifies if 20% or more of its matches are called off without play.

Cancel from your FanCode account settings before the next billing date; Monthly and Annual Passes renew on their own. You keep access until the end of the cycle. If you paid through Apple or Google Play, cancel it with them.
