About COMEDK

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) holds COMEDK UGET, the entrance test for B.E. and B.Tech seats in around 150 private engineering colleges of KUPECA. The 2026 test was held online on 9 May at about 400 centres across India, for around 20000 seats.

Medical and dental admissions now go through NEET, so UGET covers engineering only. After the test, COMEDK runs single window online counselling, with a separate registration for architecture. Notifications, cut-off ranks and seat details are on comedk.org.
