About Cleartrip
Cleartrip (Cleartrip Private Limited) is a Bengaluru-based travel booking site and app for flights and hotels. Its Support page fetches a booking by Trip ID and a one-time password, then lets you check trip details, cancel, amend a flight or print the e-ticket.
The same trip tools are in the Cleartrip app under Trips, where each booking also has its own Contact Us option.

The count of traveller reports in our live check shows it. A sudden rise means Cleartrip's app or website is failing. If only one airline's flights look wrong, contact that airline or check its flight status.
Check which page fails: search, OTP or payment. Close the app, wait a few minutes, and try once more.
Sign in, open the trip under Trips, and cancel it; Cleartrip shows the refund amount before you confirm. Without an account, use the Support page with your Trip ID and the OTP. The airline's fare rules decide the cancellation charge.
Up to about 14 working days, as Cleartrip's FAQ says for most refunds. Cleartrip processes the refund after you cancel, and your bank then takes some days to show it. For a delay, email [email protected] and quote the Trip ID.
In most cases, yes, a full refund. If you cancelled directly with the airline, tell Cleartrip at once so it can claim the money back for you.
Domestic flights can be changed from your Cleartrip account. For international flights, call Cleartrip support. Every amendment carries the airline's fee.
