Complaints go through BMTC's Public Complaint Registration Management System, and student passes are issued at Bangalore One centres.

Update Namma BMTC from your app store, allow location access, check your data signal and reopen the app. If many users report the same problem here, the fault is on BMTC's side and needs time.
Apply online on the BMTC website, at a Bangalore One counter or on the Seva Sindhu portal. After BMTC approves it, book a Bangalore One centre, date and time, and go with the acknowledgement and your college ID, fee receipt or an attested copy from the head of the institution.
At Bangalore One centres, from 8 AM to 6.30 PM on all working days, once your online application is approved. Schools and colleges register for the scheme through the Seva Sindhu portal.
Register it on BMTC's Public Complaint Registration Management System, email [email protected], or call 080 22483777. Note the bus number, route, stop and time first; the same portal shows your complaint status later.
