About Bharatgas

Refill booking, payments and connection changes run on the My Bharatgas portal at my.ebharatgas.com, while ebharatgas.com carries general information. Refills can also be booked 24x7 on two all-India IVRS numbers, as long as your phone is registered with the distributor.

If Bharatgas isn't working

Are many states reporting? Heavy reporting from many states puts this at BPCL's end, not your phone. Waiting beats reinstalling anything.
Look in order history before rebooking The booking may have gone through even if the confirmation did not show. Checking first stops a duplicate cylinder and a duplicate charge.
Try the IVRS instead of the portal Two all-India numbers take a booking over the phone. Neither one cares whether the website is working.
Book on the portal, not the info site Refill booking is on my.ebharatgas.com, the My Bharatgas portal. The ebharatgas.com address carries general information.
Confirm your mobile is registered The IVRS and the portal recognise only the numbers registered with Bharatgas. Register a mobile and one alternate number once, and either can book.

Other ways to access Bharatgas

Book by IVRS Ring either all-India booking number from your registered mobile. It runs round the clock and needs no internet at all.
Go through your distributor The distributor can place a refill against your consumer number directly when the portal will not.
Complain through SmartLine Call the SmartLine for a complaint about delivery, billing or the distributor; each registration gets an SMS or email confirmation.
Call the right line The verified Bharatgas contact numbers keep the SmartLine, the booking numbers and the gas leak number apart, so each call goes to the right desk.

Questions

Read the reports on this page. A real portal failure shows up from many states at once. If reports come from one city alone, the problem is local.

The My Bharatgas portal carries booking and payments. If the portal will not load, the IVRS numbers still book a refill, and your distributor can book against your consumer number.

Wait before paying again. Keep the reference number and check the order history first. Rebooking straight away can make you pay twice for one cylinder.

Pehle order history dekh lijiye, ho sakta hai booking chali gayi ho aur sirf screen atki ho. Portal band ho to IVRS number par phone karke booking ho jati hai, bas wahi mobile number use karna hai jo distributor ke paas registered hai.

Yes. The Download button on the status card saves a server down image with Bharatgas's status, the time of our last check, and how many users are reporting problems.
