Started in Mumbai on 21 August 1978, Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Ltd, better known as Bharat Bank, became a scheduled bank in 1996 and a multi-state co-operative bank a year later. It has more than 100 branches across Mumbai and Maharashtra, coastal Karnataka, Bengaluru and Gujarat.

Planned maintenance is the first thing to check. The bank posts a notice on its home page with the date and hours when Nexa will be unavailable. If there is no notice and other customers report the same problem, wait for the bank to fix it. Check your detailed statement before you send any payment again.

Match your error to the fix. MPIN locked: tap Forgot MPIN. OTP not coming: check with your mobile operator, and look in the Truecaller spam folder. SSL error: Nexa does not run on Android below 5.0. Invalid customer ID: you may not be registered for mobile banking, or your PAN is not updated, or your card is inactive.
Check first that the mobile number in Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm is the one registered with your Bharat Bank account; if not, the account is not found. Setting a UPI PIN also needs your debit card. Each UPI transfer is capped at Rs 1 lakh. Debited but not paid, and still not reversed after 24 hours? Email [email protected] with your registered mobile and the transaction reference.
Use net banking: it downloads your statement as PDF or Excel. Nexa shows the detailed statement and an e-passbook on screen but does not download it. In Nexa you can also turn on Statement by Email, daily, weekly or monthly.
