About Axis Direct

Axis Direct is the retail broking brand of Axis Securities, an Axis Bank subsidiary, and its main draw is the three in one account that ties a bank account, a demat and a trading account together.

That linkage also changes what an outage feels like. When money will not move between the bank and the trading account, the fault can sit on either side, and working out which comes before anything else.

The platforms are the RING app, a Trader Pro desktop terminal and a separate investor web portal. Load peaks at the open and around expiry, as it does across the industry.

If Axis Direct isn't working
