Group 1, Group 2 and other Andhra Pradesh state service posts are filled by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). Its gateway, psc.ap.gov.in, opens four separate sites: the main website with notifications, keys and results, OTPR registration, online application submission and hall ticket download.

Every candidate first registers once on OTPR (One Time Profile Registration) and uses that OTPR ID for all later applications. APPSC works from Vijayawada.

OTPR is One Time Profile Registration. Register once on otpr-psc.ap.gov.in with your details, and you get an OTPR ID. You need that ID to apply for any APPSC notification, so register before the application window opens.
