Every land record in Uttar Pradesh can be looked up on UP Bhulekh, run by the Board of Revenue (Rajasv Parishad). The main record is the khatauni, the record of rights, found by khasra or gata number, khata number or the owner's name after choosing the district, tehsil and village.

The same menu gives a certified khatauni copy against online payment and shows whether a plot has been sold or is under dispute. Each gata's unique code opens its sale, dispute, Bhu Naksha and mutation register status. Khasra records sit on the separate eKhasra portal.

The portal was rebuilt, so start from the home page instead of an old saved link. Open Bhulekh Sevaen, choose Khatauni Ki Nakal Dekhein, then pick the district, tehsil and village. A wrong village or a mistyped khasra number shows an empty result that looks like an outage.

Choose the janpad, tehsil and village. Then enter the khasra (gata) number, the khata number or the khatedar's name, and tap Uddharan Dekhein to open the extract. Viewing it needs no login and no payment.
