Land records in Uttar Pradesh are maintained by the state revenue department, and Khatauni and Khasra records are viewed on its own portal, UP Bhulekh. The official link is listed here so you land on the government site directly, land records attract a lot of lookalike sites.

An online copy is only for reference. For a correction, mutation or a certified copy the local tehsil or your lekhpal is the authority, and since viewing records is free, beware of anyone charging a fee to pull up your Khatauni.
