Caste, income, residence and EWS certificates, arms licences and over 600 other Haryana government services are applied for on the Antyodaya-SARAL portal, saralharyana.gov.in. It pulls your details from Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), so most services need no separate ID or address proof.
Applications can also be made at Antyodaya-SARAL Kendras in every district, tehsil and sub-division, and at CSCs. Under the Haryana Right to Service Act, a missed deadline triggers an automatic appeal.

Enter the Application Reference ID in Track Application on the home page. SARAL also sends an SMS and email at each step. Logged in? Go to View Status of Application, then Track Application Status.
Open Download Certificate on the home page. Enter your Saral ID and the application submission date, then download caste, income, residence or other issued certificates.
Use Book Appointment for SARAL Kendra. Pick your district and Kendra, then enter your Family ID and name to get a citizen token. The List of SARAL Kendra page shows the centres in each district.

Under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014, SARAL files an appeal automatically once the notified time limit passes. Track it with the same reference on Track Application / Appeal. The RTS section of the portal sets out the later stages and the Haryana Right to Service Commission's role.
