About ORS Patient Portal
OPD appointments at AIIMS New Delhi and many other government hospitals are booked on the ORS Patient Portal (Online Registration System), ors.gov.in. NIC built it as a Digital India project for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and it is linked to ABHA, the Ayushman Bharat Health Account.
Besides appointments, ORS shows lab reports, e-OPD cards and blood availability. The same services also open in Aarogya Setu and other UHI-enabled apps.

Questions
The status card here tracks the ORS login page that patients use for AIIMS and other hospitals, with reports from patients and attendants. If people across cities report the same failure together, ors.gov.in has the problem, not your phone.
Booking, lab reports and logins all run on ors.gov.in, hosted on NIC's cloud. When it is slow or down, the OTP, the slot list and the reports all fail together.
If only the OTP is missing, check that you typed the mobile number you registered with, then try again after a few minutes.
- Choose the state, then the hospital, such as AIIMS New Delhi, and the department.
- Pick a date and slot from those shown.
- Choose New Patient and enter name, age, gender, mobile number and address. Linking ABHA is optional.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile.
Log in on ors.gov.in using your ABHA, ABHA address or mobile number, then open Lab Report. Reports show only for hospitals that put them on ORS, so ask the hospital if yours is missing.
No. A new patient needs only a registered mobile number or ABHA. Giving ABHA helps the hospital find your old records and avoids a second hospital ID being created for you.
Yes, you can cancel on the ORS portal or app, and booking at government hospitals is generally free. Cancel in good time so the slot goes to someone else. If you miss an appointment, it lapses and you need a fresh booking.
