About OmniCard
OmniCard is a prepaid card and payment app from Eroute Technologies Private Limited, which holds a Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) licence from the Reserve Bank of India. It issues its own RuPay cards, runs UPI under the @omni handle, and offers NCMC transit cards and FASTag.
Individuals use the OmniCard app and card for everyday payments, including cards for children with parental limits. Businesses use OmniCard for corporate cards, expense management and gift cards.

Questions
Our card tracks omnicard.in and user reports about the OmniCard app. A surge of reports means OmniCard itself has a problem. A single failed payment may be a limit or KYC issue instead.
Check your KYC first. UPI, bank transfers, sending money to other users and cash withdrawals need KYC, and limits are lower without it.
QR and swipe payments also need the card PIN you set in the app, and you may have switched off ATM use in the Cards section.

These are the main limits on OmniCard.
- Transactions: up to Rs 10,000 without KYC, and up to Rs 1,00,000 with full KYC
- ATM: Rs 100 to Rs 2,000 per withdrawal, up to Rs 10,000 a month
- ATM charge: Rs 25 plus GST per transaction
Block it permanently from the Cards section of the app. OmniCard creates a replacement card at once and moves your balance to it. If you only misplaced it, you can deactivate it for now instead.
Eroute Technologies issues OmniCard as an RBI-licensed prepaid payment instrument. It says it never asks for sensitive details by email, message or call, so treat any such request as a scam.
The physical card costs Rs 249 including delivery. OmniCard says there is no joining, annual, renewal or minimum balance fee. ATM withdrawals cost Rs 25 plus GST each.
