OmniCard helpline — questions
Support is through Help and Support chat in the OmniCard app and email at [email protected], both 24x7. OmniCard lists no phone number for regular support as of now.
[email protected]. OmniCard starts action on a complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve it within 7 days, with a ticket number for reference.
Write to [email protected] with your original ticket number. Its grievance policy page sets out the final level after that.
Use Report Fraud on omnicard.in or Help and Support in the app straight away, and email [email protected]. For money debited from your bank, UPI or credit card and credited to an OmniCard wallet, the Report Fraud page has a separate option.
Yes. You can see at least 6 months of transactions in the app, and request a statement for that period from support. The balance and full history also show in the app, as ATMs do not give OmniCard mini statements.
