mPokket is an instant personal loan app from mPokket Financial Services Private Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC based in Kolkata. It lends small amounts to college students, freshers, salaried people and the self-employed, with a credit limit of up to Rs 2,00,000 set by profile.

Everything runs in the app: sign-up with a mobile number, KYC with PAN and Aadhaar, loans paid into your verified bank account, and repayment by UPI or debit card, in one go or in EMIs.

If mPokket isn't working

Update the mPokket app Old versions can fail at login or repayment. Update and sign in again.
Check the OTP mobile number The OTP goes to the number you signed up with. Keep that SIM active.
Do not repay twice Wait for a debited repayment to show before paying again.
Check your linked bank account Loans go only to your verified account, so a closed or changed account holds the money back.
Check live reports here Many mPokket users reporting at once means the app itself is down. Retry after a while.

Most trouble sits at one step: OTP login, KYC review, loan transfer to the bank, or UPI repayment. Any one of these can break while the others in the mPokket app keep working. Note which step is failing before you retry.

mPokket sends money only to your verified bank account. Check the account linked in the app, and give the bank some time to show the credit. If it has not arrived, email support with your loan account number and registered mobile.

Do not repay the same amount again at once. Keep the UPI or card reference and wait for the app to update. If the loan still shows unpaid, write to [email protected] with the reference and your loan account number.
