About MP Online
MPOnline Limited runs mponline.gov.in, the citizen services portal of Madhya Pradesh. It is a joint venture of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), set up in 2006.
Applications, certificates, bill payments, counselling, recruitment and university forms for many state departments go through it, online or at an authorised MPOnline kiosk.

Open Payment Double Verification on the portal and enter your MPOnline reference number. It processes failed citizen transactions.
MPOnline's refund policy says unsuccessful transactions are refunded automatically. Fees for a successfully submitted application or bill payment are not refunded.

Use Kiosk Near Me on the portal, or open the District Wise Kiosk List and pick your district. Both are under Locate KIOSK.
Choose Register as new Citizen under For KIOSK/Citizen on mponline.gov.in and fill the registration form.
