About IREPS
IREPS, the Indian Railways E-Procurement System, is where Indian Railways publishes tenders and runs auctions. Vendors and contractors use it for e-tenders for works, goods and services, for e-auction sales of scrap and other material, and for e-auction leasing.
Bidders sign in with a Digital Signing Certificate through the IREPS Signer app. Railway staff use the same site for modules such as iMMS and the User Depot Module (UDM).

If IREPS isn't working

See if other IREPS vendors report it When many vendors report IREPS together, the portal is down. Retry, and do not leave a bid to the last minutes.

Allow the Signer permission Click Allow when the browser asks to access other apps and services. Without it, the IREPS Signer cannot reach your token.

Clear cache and restart Clear the browser cache and cookies, close every browser window, then log in to IREPS again.

Match the DSC to your account A new Digital Signing Certificate must carry the same name as your IREPS account. Use Request for Change of Digital Signing Certificate on the Helpdesk page.

Install the current Signer Download the latest IREPS Signer version from the home page if the old one keeps failing.

Search without logging in Tender searches on IREPS are open to all. You can read a tender even if your login is failing.

Read the Learning Center manuals Manuals for registration, e-tokens, bill tracking and UDM are in the Learning Center. IREPS asks users to read them before approaching the helpdesk.

Questions
Our IREPS card checks ireps.gov.in and shows reports from vendors and railway users. A wave of reports from many bidders points to trouble on the IREPS side. If only your bid fails, check the IREPS Signer and the digital signature on your computer.
Traffic jumps close to bid due dates and live auctions, when many bidders sign and upload at once.
Many problems sit on the bidder's computer instead. IREPS signs bids through the IREPS Signer app and your Digital Signing Certificate, so a blocked browser permission stops the bid even when the site opens.

- No popup? Clear the browser cache and cookies, close the browser fully and log in again.
- Still stuck? Open https://127.0.0.1:2175/ in the browser. If it says the connection is not private, click Advanced and proceed.
Click Sign Up on the IREPS home page and choose New Vendors/Contractors for e-tenders and e-auction leasing, or New Bidder for e-auction sale. The Learning Center has a user manual for registering new vendors and contractors.
Use Search E-Tenders on the home page. It needs no login. Pick Works or Goods and Services. E-auction sale and leasing have their own search links.
