Instamojo lets a small business collect money through a payment link, a hosted online store or an embedded payment button, with no coding. The platform is run by Instamojo Research and Development Private Limited of Bengaluru, and payments are collected by its payment partner, Instamojo Technologies Private Limited.

Money collected is settled to the seller under the payment partner's terms. Refunds are started by the seller, and Instamojo's terms ask every seller to offer at least a 3-business-day refund window.

Write to support with the IDs Email [email protected] from your registered address with the payment ID, order ID and a screenshot of the error.
Payout not received Look at the payout status in the dashboard first. If it looks wrong, email [email protected] with the payment IDs.
Checkout failing for buyers Ask a buyer which method failed. If cards fail while UPI works, the fault is at a bank rather than in your store setup.
Payment taken but no order Get the payment reference from the buyer and search the dashboard. A payment that never went through goes back to the buyer.

Other ways to access Instamojo

Send a UPI request directly For a sale that cannot wait, collecting by UPI keeps the order alive and can be reconciled afterwards.
Share an alternative payment link Keep a second way to collect money ready, such as your bank's UPI QR, for the days when checkout fails.
Pause the promotion, not the store If checkout is failing, hold back a campaign or broadcast until payments work again, so buyers do not hit a failed page.
