For cashless claims, ICICI Lombard says initial approval comes within 1 hour of the request and final approval within 3 hours of the hospital's discharge request. Reimbursement claims are settled within 15 days of submission. It recommends filing a reimbursement claim within 30 days of discharge.

Check the cashless hospital list on icicilombard.com, or ask RIA on WhatsApp. If you are admitted to a non-network hospital, pay the bill yourself and file a reimbursement claim with the bills after discharge.
