Use the free enquiry under Services on icegate.gov.in: 1. Open Enquiry and pick IEC Wise Summary Report. 2. Enter your IEC, PAN and a date range of up to one month. 3. About ICEGATE

ICEGATE (Indian Customs Electronic Gateway) is the national customs trade portal of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), run by its Directorate General of Systems and Data Management. Importers, exporters, customs brokers, shipping lines and airlines use it to file bills of entry, shipping bills and manifests, pay duty and upload documents through e-Sanchit.

Exporters also track IGST refunds and take RoDTEP and RoSCTL incentives as e-scrips there, and duty challans run on the Customs ePayment platform. Filing and other post-login services run on the ICEGATE 2.0 portal at foservices.icegate.gov.in.

Contact the customs location For cancelling a shipping bill or bill of entry, or for manual processing, go to the customs station where it was filed.
Ask the carrier to file the EGM For SB002 or SB006 refund errors, the shipping line, airline or carrier has to file the export general manifest.

Questions

Many reports here in a short time from traders and brokers mean ICEGATE itself is down. If only your filing fails, check the DSC, the file format or the error code first.

ICEGATE exchanges data with GSTN, RBI, banks and customs locations, so a pause at one of them can stop a service while the portal still opens. The Latest Updates section on icegate.gov.in announces such pauses, bank-side issues and e-Sanchit downtime. Post-login work runs on ICEGATE 2.0, so try logging in there directly.

Sign with the same DSC that was registered when you signed up on ICEGATE. A certificate other than the registered one, or a document left unsigned, shows up as an invalid digital signature.

For a PKI component error, insert the DSC first, keep only one Java version (1.8 or higher) on the computer, clear the browser cache and cookies, and try again.

Log in to ICEGATE 2.0, which shows the status of your IGST refund claims. Once every invoice in a shipping bill passes validation, ICEGATE generates a scroll, the port approves it, and PFMS pays out the refund.
