About Grok
Grok is the AI chatbot from SpaceXSI, the company behind x.ai (xAI). Users in India reach it on grok.com, the Grok apps for iPhone and Android, and inside X as Grok in X. It also makes images and videos through Grok Imagine, and talks back in Voice mode.
Paid users get SuperGrok plans with a weekly usage pool. When Grok goes down, chats stop answering, images fail and logins can break on web and app at once.

Restart and clear the cache Restarting or reinstalling the app, logging out and clearing the cache fixes most login and activation trouble.

Use grok.com in a Chrome or Chromium browser. Grok's FAQ says other addresses, such as grok.x.ai, can miss features like Projects.
- Bought on grok.com: manage or cancel it in Settings, Billing. Refunds go through the xAI Refund Request form.
- Google Play: cancel in Google Play; refunds use the same xAI form.
- Apple App Store: Apple handles cancellation and refunds.
Grok adds a watermark to show the content was made with AI, and there is no setting to remove it. Removing or hiding it breaks Grok's Acceptable Use Policy.
