About Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft Copilot, the AI assistant from Microsoft Corporation, works at copilot.microsoft.com, in the Copilot app, inside Windows and, on eligible plans, inside Microsoft 365 apps. It signs in with a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.
For connection trouble, Microsoft's Get Help app has a Copilot connectivity troubleshooter that checks for firewall rules and other blockers.
72-day history
We checked 77 times over the last 72 days — healthy on 64 days, minor issues on 1 day. It typically responds in about 0.3s.
Dashed line is its usual 0.3s, measured over the last 14 days. Gaps are days with no timing data.

If Copilot will not connect, run Microsoft's Copilot connectivity troubleshooter: open the Get Help app, search for it and follow the steps. It checks for firewall rules and other blockers on your connection. When many users report the same fault here, it is on Microsoft's side.
Run the Copilot license troubleshooter in the Get Help app. Microsoft built it for people who believe they have a Copilot licence but cannot see the Copilot icon in their eligible Microsoft 365 apps.
No. Microsoft says its error and warning messages never include phone numbers. A pop-up asking you to call a support number is a tech support scam, so close the browser and do not call.
