Refresh or restart Copilot Reload the web page, or close and reopen the app. If a reply stops midway, resend it.
Check your Microsoft sign-in Copilot uses your Microsoft account, so open Outlook or another Microsoft service to confirm sign-in works, then sign out and back in to Copilot.
Check your connection Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and turn off any VPN or proxy, then try again.
