OpenAI shows it when traffic looks automated or unusual. Turn off any VPN or proxy, restart the browser or device, and try a private window. Do not share your account, and change your password if you think someone else is using it.

Apple accounts made with Hide My Email use an @privaterelay.appleid.com address, so only Continue with Apple opens them.
