Grok support is by email at [email protected] and through Report an issue inside the Grok app or website. For billing, you can also reply to your receipt email.
Problems with Grok inside X, or with an X Premium plan, are handled by X through its own Help Center, not by Grok support.
Grok helpline — questions
Contact Grok by email at [email protected] or through Report an issue in the app. As of now, Grok's FAQ gives no phone line for users.

Use Report an issue inside Grok, or reply to your receipt email for a billing matter. Give your account email, platform, browser or phone OS, and the invoice number for billing questions.
Approved refunds for grok.com or Google Play purchases reach your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. API credits are not refundable.
Support can cancel the subscription on a compromised account. If your identity cannot be confirmed by email because the attacker changed it, support can delete the account so you can sign up again.
