Support works in writing: sign in, open Help, then Contact Support, and include your platform, app version and a shared session link. Signed out, use the Contact support button on the Help Center. Perplexity lists no customer care phone number as of now.

The Airtel offer closed for new sign-ups on 16 January 2026. If you claimed it, open the Airtel Thanks app and use Recover Account to finish or restore activation. If you are asked to pay, restart there or contact Airtel support.

Promotional Pro needs a valid card for verification, and Perplexity pauses it if you add none within a week. Add one under Account, Manage Subscription on the desktop site; in India it takes Visa, Mastercard or Amex cards. Perplexity does not charge the card during the promotion.

Cancel where you bought it. On the web, go to Settings, Subscription, Manage Subscription. Cancel an App Store or Play Store plan in that store. Deleting your account does not cancel the plan.

Outside the EU, UK, Turkey, South Korea and Brazil, you can ask for a refund on a monthly plan up to 24 hours after purchase, and on an annual plan within 72 hours. Choose Cancel Plan under Manage Subscription and the refund option appears.
