About eNPS Portal

The eNPS Portal is the online counter of the National Pension System (NPS), run by Protean eGov Technologies as a Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) under PFRDA. Here you open an NPS account and get a PRAN, contribute to Tier I or Tier II, and register for NPS Vatsalya for a minor or the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) for new government recruits.

Contributions can also go by UPI to the account's virtual ID. The CRA's older NSDL web addresses have moved to nps-proteantech.in, so logins and statements now sit on the Protean domains.

Compare with other subscribers Many subscribers reporting together points to the portal. A message about your PRAN points to your account.
Start from the Protean address Use enps.nps-proteantech.in and cra.nps-proteantech.in. The old NSDL addresses have moved.
Clear any KYC or eSign step A frozen PRAN will not accept money until the PoP finishes KYC or you complete eSign or OTP authentication.
Do not pay twice If money left your bank but the contribution failed, check the NPS statement before trying again.

Usually KYC. eNPS freezes a PRAN when your Point of Presence has not finished, or has rejected, the PAN or KYC check. It also freezes when eSign, OTP authentication or the physical form is pending. Complete the step with your PoP, or call 1800 2100 080 for the reason.
