About e-Mitra
Since 2002, Rajasthan's e-Mitra platform has brought government and private services to one counter. The state's IT department, DoIT&C, runs it, and it offers over 600 services: caste and bonafide certificates, ration card and Jan Aadhaar work, exam forms, and electricity and water bills.
You can use e-Mitra on emitra.rajasthan.gov.in, on the e-Mitra mobile app, at a kiosk or at an e-Mitra Plus ATM. Logins go through SSO Rajasthan, so a fault there stops e-Mitra too.
If e-Mitra isn't working

Check SSO Rajasthan first e-Mitra login runs through your SSO ID, so a wrong password or an SSO fault blocks e-Mitra as well.

Note the transaction ID Keep the Transaction ID or receipt number of every payment. It is the only way to check status later.

Do not pay the same bill twice If money was cut but no receipt came, check Transaction Status before paying again.

Our status card checks emitra.rajasthan.gov.in and lists reports from citizens and kiosk operators in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner and other districts. If reports jump within minutes, e-Mitra has a fault at its end.
e-Mitra logins pass through SSO Rajasthan, and many services open a department's own portal. A problem at either place makes e-Mitra look down.
If the home page opens but login fails, the trouble is likely with SSO. Wait a few minutes before you try again.
Use Online Verification / Transaction Status on the e-Mitra home page. Enter the Transaction ID or the Receipt Number from your kiosk slip and tap Search. The home page box also takes a Jan Aadhaar number.
e-Mitra fixes these service charges, taxes included.
- Government service application, such as a caste, bonafide or birth certificate or ration card work: Rs 50
- Fee or bill payment up to Rs 2,000: Rs 10, plus Rs 2 per Rs 1,000 above that
- Certificate print: Rs 20
The department's own fee is extra. If a kiosk asks for more, call toll-free 1800-180-6127.
Use a kiosk, an ATM or the app. Rajasthan has about 80,000 e-Mitra kiosks in villages and towns, plus e-Mitra Plus self-service ATMs and the e-Mitra @Home service. The e-Mitra app works on Android and iPhone.
Open Electricity Bill Payment or Water Bill Payment from the e-Mitra home page. For a PHED water bill, enter the 12-digit e-Mitra CIN code printed on the bill and your mobile number, then fetch the bill and pay by card or net banking. Kiosks take cash too.
Use Download Certificate on the e-Mitra home page. Certificates such as caste, bonafide and minority are issued digitally signed. A kiosk charges Rs 20 to print one.
