About e-District UP

e-District UP is Uttar Pradesh's state portal for citizen services, run by the Centre for e-Governance under the IT and Electronics Department, with NIC handling the technology. It covers income, caste and domicile certificates, along with grievances, pensions, ration card services, khatauni, revenue cases and employment exchange registration.

Citizens register once on the e-Sathi citizen portal, or apply through a Jan Seva Kendra, and track the application with Application Status on edistrict.up.gov.in. Approved certificates arrive as digitally signed downloads in the e-Sathi account.

Other ways to access e-District UP

Apply at a Jan Seva Kendra Take the filled form, a passport-size photo, a self-declaration and copies of the supporting documents to a Jan Seva Kendra (CSC or Lokvani centre), listed on the e-District UP site, which submits the application for you.
