About CPGRAMS
Complaints against any central ministry, department or state government can be lodged on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) at pgportal.gov.in. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) runs it, and it is open 24x7.
Each grievance gets a registration number to track it. CPGRAMS also has a mobile app, a version inside UMANG, and a separate pension grievance module.

Our CPGRAMS card checks pgportal.gov.in and counts reports from people filing or tracking grievances. A cluster of reports from different states means the portal itself is down. With one report alone, check your connection.
pgportal.gov.in is one system linked to every central ministry and the states. A fault on its side slows lodging and status checks for everyone.
When the site stalls, the CPGRAMS mobile app or the CPGRAMS service inside UMANG can still lodge and track a grievance.
Register or sign in on pgportal.gov.in and choose Lodge Public Grievance, or Lodge Pension Grievance for pension matters. You get a unique registration number.
Without internet, post it on plain paper to DARPG, or file through a Common Service Centre. The government charges no fee for a grievance.
Click View Status and enter the registration number you got when filing. Appeal Status works the same way for an appeal.
The time limit is 21 days. If the department needs longer, it must send an interim reply giving the reason.
Rate the closed grievance. A Poor rating opens the appeal option. File the appeal within 30 days. Past the time limit, you may also take it up with that ministry's Director of Public Grievances, listed on the portal.
No. Lodge a fresh grievance that quotes the closed registration number and asks for the details. If the reply was sent by post, wait for it first.
RTI matters, cases in court, religious matters, personal and family disputes, and government employees' service matters unless they have used their official channels first.

Email the CPGRAMS helpdesk from your registered email id and ask for deactivation. That email id or mobile cannot open a new account, but the old one can be reactivated on request.
