Use Mobile Login Beneficiary Login also accepts your registered mobile number with an OTP, in place of the Beneficiary ID and password.
Reset the password Tap Forgot Password, enter your mobile number or Beneficiary ID, verify the OTP and set a new password.
Keep the registered number active OTPs go only to the number on your CGHS record. If it has changed, your Wellness Centre can update it.
Switch between app and portal The myCGHS 2.0 app and the web portal offer much the same services, so try the other one.

Questions

When reports pour in from several cities at once, the CGHS portal or its server is down. A failed login on its own is different: try Mobile Login with your registered number and an OTP, or reset the password with Forgot Password.

The portal and the myCGHS 2.0 app are both run by CGHS, so if one fails, check the other. Logins also fail when the registered mobile number is not active, because every reset and mobile login needs an OTP sent to that number.
