About Apna Khata

Apna Khata, part of Rajasthan's e-Dharti system, is where land records for the state are looked up. The main document is the Jamabandi nakal, the record of rights, pulled by district, tehsil and village and then by khata or khasra number.

The portal also shows the khasra map and issues e-signed copies for a small fee, which are accepted as proof for many purposes. Landowners, buyers and lawyers all use it before a transaction or during a boundary dispute. Registry activity and scheme verification drive most of its traffic.
