Jamabandi and Khasra records in Rajasthan are maintained by the revenue department and put out on its own portal, Apna Khata. The official link is listed here so you reach the state portal directly instead of a paid lookalike.
An online Jamabandi is only for reference. For namantaran (mutation), a correction or a certified copy, the local tehsil office is the authority, and viewing costs nothing, so do not pay anyone to show you a record.
