UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited, UTIITSL, is one of only two agencies the Income Tax Department has appointed to take PAN applications, the other being Protean. Its PAN portal handles new cards, corrections, reprints, e-PAN downloads, address updates through Aadhaar eKYC and status tracking.

A card delivered in India costs Rs 107, and an e-PAN alone Rs 72. Since 1 April 2026, applications use the new Form 93 for Indian citizens in place of Form 49A.

Other ways to access UTIITSL PAN

Instant e-PAN, then a printed card With Aadhaar, the Income Tax e-filing portal issues an instant e-PAN. UTIITSL's Reprint PAN Card option can then print it as a card.

Check the live reports on this page. If people across India report the UTIITSL PAN portal failing together, the fault is UTIITSL's and waiting is the fix. If only your page stalls, clear the browser cache, try another browser or device, and load the portal again.

Often it is working, just not for your form. The Income Tax Department uses two PAN agencies, UTIITSL and Protean, and each tracks only what was filed with it, so a Protean acknowledgement never shows on UTIITSL's tracker. If many people report the portal at once, it is a technical issue on UTIITSL's side.
