About super.money
Backed by Flipkart and launched in 2024, super.money is a UPI payments app run by Scapic Innovations Private Limited. superUPI pays cashback on scan-and-pay. The app also offers superCard credit cards on UPI, fixed deposits, flight bookings and tuition fee payments.
The credit cards come from partner banks: the Axis Bank SuperMoney Credit Card (superCard Pro), the FD-backed Utkarsh Small Finance Bank SuperMoney card, and the Kotak811 SuperMoney credit builder card.

Update the app An old super.money version can break payments. Update it and reopen the app.

Keep the registered SIM in UPI apps check the SIM of your registered mobile. Payments and setup fail without it.

Check with your bank A debited but failed UPI payment is reversed by your bank. If the money does not come back, raise it in Help and Feedback.

super.money users report trouble on this page, beside our live check of the super.money help desk. Many reports at once mean the app or UPI is down for everyone. A single failed payment can come from your bank or the merchant instead.
When reports come from all over at once, super.money or UPI is facing a technical issue. Wait and retry.
When it is only you, install the latest app version, check your internet, and make sure the SIM of your registered mobile is in the phone. A failed UPI payment can also come from your own bank, so check that too.

Open the Card tab, tap View Bill, then Pay Now. To pay by a non-UPI method for the Axis Bank SuperMoney card, use the Axis Mobile banking app or a bill payment app such as CRED.
Three partner banks issue them.
- Axis Bank issues the lifetime-free SuperMoney Credit Card, sold as superCard Pro.
- Utkarsh Small Finance Bank issues the FD-backed SuperMoney card.
- Kotak Mahindra Bank issues the Kotak811 SuperMoney card with a zero-balance account.
super.money is run by Scapic Innovations Private Limited, which NPCI has authorised as a third-party UPI app provider. Flipkart backs the company. As with any UPI app, never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone.
Start in the app under Help and Feedback, where super.money aims to send a first reply within 24 hours. If that does not settle it, use the Grievance Redressal Form described on super.money's grievance policy page. It opens only on a mobile browser.
