Seva Sindhu is Karnataka's single window for citizen services, pulling applications from many departments into one login rather than making people visit each department's own site.

Certificates, welfare scheme applications, licences and status tracking all run through it, and it is also the route through which the state's guarantee schemes were applied for, which brought in a very large number of first time users.

Whenever a new scheme opens for registration, its load climbs sharply for the first several days.
