About Sampada 2.0
Property registry and e-stamps in Madhya Pradesh go through SAMPADA 2.0 (Stamps and Management of Property and Documents Application), run by the Department of Registration and Stamps under the Commercial Tax Department. It covers e-registration, e-stamp, stamp duty calculation, property valuation, guideline rates and certified copies.
SAMPADA has run since 2015, and version 2.0 came in 2024 with video KYC, e-sign and faceless registration for some documents. Registered documents now come as digitally signed soft copies, not paper.

Questions
This page checks sampada.mpigr.gov.in and counts reports from people registering property in Madhya Pradesh. When reports come in from Bhopal, Indore and other cities together, the portal itself is down. If you alone face it, check your own connection or device first.
Some steps depend on other systems. Aadhaar e-sign fails while your Aadhaar is locked, and duty payments go through the state's Cyber Treasury, so a payment can show pending for a while.
Video KYC also needs camera, microphone and location permission. Check these before you assume the portal is down.
