About Samagra Portal MP
The Samagra Portal is Madhya Pradesh's family and member register, run by the Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission of the state government and built by MPSeDC. Each family gets a Samagra Family ID and each person a Samagra Member ID, which state schemes and DBT payments use.
On samagra.gov.in you can do Aadhaar e-KYC, register a family or a new member, update your profile, print the Samagra family and member cards, and check e-KYC and DBT status.

The Samagra card on this page tracks samagra.gov.in and shows reports from users in Madhya Pradesh. A rush of reports together means the portal is down or overloaded. If only the e-KYC step fails, check the Aadhaar OTP and the biometric device.
Heavy use is one cause, as citizens, kiosks and offices across the state use it together.
e-KYC also depends on Aadhaar. The OTP goes to the mobile linked with Aadhaar, and biometric e-KYC needs a newer L1 device, since UIDAI has stopped L0 machines.

Use the e-KYC and DBT status option on the Samagra home page. It shows whether your e-KYC is complete and the DBT status linked to your Samagra record.
No. Making a second Samagra ID when you already have one breaks the rules. Search first by mobile number or family ID, and update your existing profile instead.
Use Register member on the home page to add someone to an existing family, and Register family for a new one. For a family moving within Madhya Pradesh, file the Family Migration request on the portal.
