If Roblox isn't working

Allow Roblox through the firewall Roblox says connection trouble is very often a firewall problem. Add Roblox to your firewall or antivirus allowed list.
Reinstall the app Uninstall Roblox and install it again. That clears damaged files and gets you the latest version.
Try another internet connection Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the other way round. If the error happens on one connection only, contact that internet provider.
Give a big game time to load On a slow connection, a large experience can take a while to download its map. Wait till your avatar appears.
Check the live status on this page If many players in India are reporting Roblox right now, the fault is on Roblox's side. Wait a few minutes and try joining again.

Roblox says a firewall is very often the cause, and sometimes a slow or unsteady wireless link. Allow Roblox through the firewall, move closer to the router or use a cable, and try another connection such as mobile data. If the other connection works, ask your internet provider about the first one. The same steps help with lag and high ping.

Check your device clock first; Roblox says a clock that is even a little off can cause login trouble. If you still cannot get in, reset your password from the login page. When many players report login trouble here at the same time, the problem is on Roblox's side.

Uninstall Roblox, then clear its leftover data: press Win+R, type cmd, run cd AppData\Local and then rmdir /s Roblox, and answer y. Restart the computer, reinstall Roblox and try again. If the error stays, test a different internet connection.

It can be. During an outage or maintenance, Roblox says completed purchases still reach your account, most within the hour and all within 24 hours. If it has been longer, contact Roblox Support through the support form with the payment type, date, amount and any error message.
