Roblox Customer Support works through the support form at roblox.com/support, for billing and account problems. Players in India can also email the India Grievance Officer at [email protected]. No customer care phone line appears on Roblox's help pages as of now.

Run a full virus scan and remove unknown browser extensions, then reset your password and turn on 2-Step Verification under Settings, Security. If you cannot get back in, contact Roblox Support from the first email added to the account or the billing email of the very first payment.

Contact Roblox Support at once through the support form, under Unauthorized Charges and Refund Requests, with the payment type, date and amount. Roblox's terms warn that disputing the charge directly with your bank or card company may limit the help Roblox can give.

Link a parent account to the child's account, then go to Settings, Parental controls, Spending restrictions, Monthly spending limit, enter the amount and click Update. The limit does not cover gift card redemptions and may not apply on some consoles, so set one on the console as well.
